PRE-ANESTHESIA CONSULTATION:
An Anesthesia Provider will provide comprehensive evaluation for appropriateness for Ketamine Infusion Therapy (KIT) or Lidocaine Infusion Therapy (LIT). Coordination of primary care provider referral, informed consent, procedure overview, education, and review of pertinent diagnostic information will be provided.
Anesthesia Consultation Service: one anesthesia consult with an Anesthesia Provider for up to one-hour.
Summary: An informational anesthesia video, brochures, educational resources, informed consent, review of clearance to receive anesthesia and related diagnosis from your primary care provider. Instruction will be provided on goals/expectations of KIT or LIT, and Comprehensive Anesthesia History and Physical. \
